Our sport depends on intact nature, on weather, water and healthy courses. That is why sustainability is not a marketing word for me but part of my profession.
Nature has always been a natural part of my life. I grew up in the Palatinate, right at the edge of the Palatinate Forest, and spent a large part of my childhood outdoors. Golf, too, showed me early on how closely our sport is tied to its surroundings.
During my studies at Vanderbilt University I began to engage more deeply with environmental and sustainability topics and to understand better how ecological, social and economic factors interlock. Over time that became more than an interest: I wanted to get active myself and find out what contribution I can make as an athlete.
Today I am involved as an EcoAthlete and Sustainable Golf Champion of the Ladies European Tour. For me this is not about being perfect. As a professional golfer I travel a lot and I know the contradictions that come with it. That is exactly why I want to use the opportunities I have: act more consciously, bring in my perspective as a player and, together with strong partners, set change in motion.
More and more companies want sponsorship that fits their sustainability goals, not just their media plan. An athlete who credibly lives the topic and speaks the language of financial reports is a rare fit for that. Formats we can build together: campaigns on sustainable golf, panels on sport and climate, charity mechanics like birdie donations and content that shows instead of claims.
This page grows over time. Concrete projects, numbers on my own footprint and joint activities with partners will be added once they are ready. Only what can be substantiated goes here.

First the playoff win at the SuperSport Ladies Challenge in Humewood, one week later the next title at the NTT Data Ladies Pro-Am. What my first two professional wins felt like.
